SUMMARY:Higher Learning Ministry Graduate Recognition
DESCRIPTION:The Higher Learning Ministry will recognize all high school and college graduates on Sunday\, June 26\, 2022 during our 9:30 AM Worship Service.  Our guest speaker will be Dr. Aura Wharton-Beck\, Assistant Professor\, University of St. Thomas. \nAll graduates should submit their name\, school\, degree/certificate earned\, future plans and a photo for the slideshow to latanya_1913@yahoo.com by Sunday\, June 19\, 2022 (via email or in Worship Service). \nWe will also award up to $6\,000 in scholarships to qualifying seniors graduating from high school.  The qualifications/ requirements include minimally a 2.5 GPA on an official transcript\, three letters of recommendation and the completion of a compelling essay.  All scholarship materials should be postmarked and received by the church office by Sunday\, June 19\, 2022 (via email or in Worship Service).  Additional information is on our church website.   \nIf you have any questions regarding our annual celebration and recognition of graduates\, please email Dr. Latanya Daniels at latanya_1913@yahoo.com.
