BLACK HISTORY MONTH 2026 “Black Renaissance” February 1 - 22, 2026 9:30 AM Worship Service Black History Month presentations will be shared with the congregation every Sunday in February by our Youth and Young Adult Ministries. 1st Sunday: “Richard Smallwood” by Carlton Wells, Jr. Attire: Normal/African 2nd Sunday: “Shonda Rhimes” by Oliviah-Nikole Cook Attire: Go Red! Sunday 3rd Sunday: “W.E.B. Dubois” by Hudson Jean Attire: Greek/Black Organization paraphernalia 4th Sunday: “Black Hair, Black Culture” by Briana Moore Attire: We invite the entire congregation to wear your African attire on culmination Sunday. Please come out and support our Youth and Young Adults as we honor and recognize those African Americans who have been a part of the BLACK RENAISSANCE.
