MN SENIOR HEALTH OPTIONS (MSHO) CARE INFO MEETING

Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO)

This is a program offered to seniors who are 65 years of age or older, living in the community or in a nursing home, who are on Medical Assistance and Medicare Parts A and B or are eligible.

MSHO includes Medicare, Medical Assistance, Prescription Drug Coverage and Elderly Waiver Services. MSHO offers easy access to primary and specialty health services and your own Care Coordinator to make sure you get the care you need.
