THE MAN UP CLUB will launch a St. Paul Chapter Wednesday, July 10th @ 6 PM Ober Community Center 376 Western Avenue N, St. Paul, MN 55103 The Man Up Club is a mentor leadership organization, mentoring young black males, age 13-24 in Life Skills, Social Skills, Academic Discipline and Civic Responsibility.
